wow. it had to be because of the last game. but if you look at unlv come on they barely won and kansas at number one. sorry they are one bad shooting game away from being knocked out. all this is just fine with me because all that matters is wins and losses. not where the hell we are ranked

Know what you mean Tav -- there are only 7 teams with 30 or more wins and Ohio State and UNLV is among that list --   but yes -- Polls are for discussion -- games are Polled on the floor. Won and lost being played.

Go Buckeyes and Runnin Rebs -- Parity is the operative word at this juncture.   as to who will win the Gold Ring ---  Great March Madness 2007 -- exciting

This isn't surprising.  Everyone lives in the now.  Ohio State had a close game against a 9 seed and now they are one of the lowest ranked teams left in the tourny.  Now all the talking heads are predicting them to lose to UT and be the first 1 seed to go down.

Very short sighted IMO.

On the bright side it should just add fuel the Buckeye tank.

I thought so as well Nate ( add spark to a fire) motivational --

You know those talking bubble heads contention was --- Buckeyes don't score enough points  to win --

Well they certainly did tonight --just enough -- Buckeyes couldn't have chewed it any finer --

Actually I kind of like it.

Plus they beat Tennessee twice by 3 total points this year!

The #1 regular season team now with "Cinderella Status"

GO BROWNS, TRIBE, BUCKEYES, CAVS, YSU, and yes I like ND plus GO NAVY, beat Army!!

It's so hard to go undefeated, only one major D-1A team has ever gone 14-0 in the history of the college football and win the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.

Jim Tressel and The OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY BUCKEYES!

Strange as that may sound it's becoming the truth.

What is not to like about this Buckeye team?
