Lee corso is a moron. he said on a college football show that there is now way that the osu recievers are going to be able to do much because of the speed on the florida secondary. That moron also said that they havent seen athletes like florida athletes. What is there some kind of gene that allows people in florida to be faster than the rest of the country. i think he is mistaken. i believe florida hasnt seen speed like ours from 4 different solid recievers.
It doesnt matter anyways about the speed of florida. The heisman winner only needs a split second to get them the ball and it will be there.

At some point the talking heads will get their heads out of the rear ends and realize that Ohio State and the Big 10 have players that are just as fast if not faster than the Florida and SEC teams.

No way Corso picks us to win. When you predict a team to go 9-3 you don't really expect them to be there. Corso picked us to lose agiants Texas, Iowa and Michigan. He really needs a new job. He picked Cal to win the National Championship. They lost in there first game. great Call Corso.

And ESPN is stupid. At the beging of the year the Buckeyes were not expected to be as good as we are now and they picked us to win the National Championship. Now we have proved we are awesome and the best team with a great D and O and they pick us to lose to LSU in like the 2nd or 3rd round. I don't understand there logic.

Florida must have a gene because there are A LOT of fast kids down there.  That is why Florida is probably the biggest hot bed for College Recruiting.  I'm not saying Ohio, California or any other state doesn't have speed but for some reason Florida (especial South Florida) knows how to grow them.  If Florida, Florida State, Miami could keep their recruits in state they would be scary year in year out.


Now having said all that, Ohio State has plenty of speed on both sides of the ball.  All these Sport experts can't get out of the past, they have the old mind set, SEC with all their speed, BIG TEN big slow running smash mouth football, PAC TEN great athletes and their aerial attack, they owns the Big Ten in the Rose Bowl.  Those days are gone Ohio has fast kids too.  Ohio State is able to keep most of their kids in state, they can recruit down in Florida and about anywhere else we want.  I think the Sports experts are talking up Florida's speed because that is their one bright spot.  What are they going to talk about Chris Leak and his smart decision making?  I'm not saying that Florida has no chance because any good team can win on any given night, but in all likelihood OHIO STATE will kill them, it is the announcers, and Sport experts to hype this game up.

With all do respect, he knows more football than you do.  He is just pushing peoples buttons, the sooner you realize that the sooner you will realize that he was a college coach and coaches know what they are talking about.

I'll agree that many of Corso's picks and statements are intended to spice up the show and raise the blood pressure of the fans in order to keep them talking about the show, the network and Corso himself.  

On that note, many of his picks are ridiculous and are just picks to pick against the grain so they (Corso's picks) can in turn be met with labels of being stupid or moronic picks or statements.

At that point and time Tressel did what was best for the team.  Period.  Horrible comment, Tressel doesnt know what he is talking about.  Are you serious.  Get a grip.
