INDIANS going for 78 year record!

CLEVELAND -- The Indians' losing streak has hit historic proportions.
Michael Brantley put the Tribe up early, but Carlos Carrasco couldn't get out of a troublesome fourth inning as the Indians lost, 6-5, Thursday night at Progressive Field. The loss was Cleveland's 11th straight and the 20th in the team's past 23 games.
The 11-game skid is the longest since the team lost a club-record 12 straight in 1931.

Meanwhile, the Pirates play before 2,500 fans tonight. Imagine being a AAA call up and playing before less fans?
Oh God, I remember those 1,000+ crowds at the Ol' Muni in Cleveland....scary thought.
CALL FOR TICKETS: "What time is tomorrow's game?"
TICKET OFFICE: "When can you get here?"

It's so hard to go undefeated, only one major D-1A team has ever gone 14-0 in the history of the college football and win the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.

Ouch, Cleveland sure is slumping in a big way. Well at least the skid ended at 11 as far as I remember with them beating Baltimore yesterday.
