Bush is denying doing anything wrong but if what is being reported is true he could lose his Heisman trophy and USC could get smacked with NCAA violations.

The article is pretty long so I'll just post the link.

What could they do Sarge? Take the Heisman? OK, so thats about it. He's already in the NFL and I'm sure the Saints could care less! And it's sad cause RB prolly cares less too!

They could take his Heisman away but that's about all that could happen.

USC will get socked bad if this is true.

Maybe too the NCAA will try to change their policies a bit.

True, football (and basketball) players get a "free ride" scholarship worth $50-100,000+ but they also generate multi-millions for the university.

I think they have to look at other soursing for funds for atheletes....particularly the poorest.  Maybe a "needs test" can be set up to TRY to eliminate atheletes from trying to get "free" money from BOOSTERS.

Put tighter restrictions on boosters and agents prowling colleges and even high schools.

Think over the "penalty after the fact" punishments for schools.  Some schools really suffer from individual stupidity and greed.

(MC ring a bell?)

GO BROWNS, TRIBE, BUCKEYES, CAVS, YSU, and yes I like ND plus GO NAVY, beat Army!!

It's so hard to go undefeated, only one major D-1A team has ever gone 14-0 in the history of the college football and win the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.

Jim Tressel and The OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY BUCKEYES!

Pretty good points. But the fact is these students are getting their education for free. Which in many cases can be over 100 thousand dollars in value.
