Line-Up
125 Nikko Triggas SO.
133 Reece Humphrey JR.
141 Jeff Jaggers SR.
149 Lance Palmer JR.
157 Jason Johnstone SR.
165 Colt Sponseller SO.
174 Dave Rella JR.
184 Mike Pucillo JR.
197 Cody Gardener FR.
HWT. Johnny Hiles FR.

Started the season ranked 4th nationally as a team. They headed to the Buffalo Open where 6 wrestlers earned 1st place honors, OSU as team pretty much dominated the tourny. The results bumped them up to No. 3 in the nation when they headed to N.C. State Open. There 4 wreslters were crowned champions, 3 w/ runner-up efforts and 3 more w/ 3rd place finishes. The Bucks stayed at the #3 ranking going into the Buckeye duals against Notre Dame College and Cleveland St. They won both match-ups 34-6 and 35-13 to start the season 2-0 in duals. The Bucks then traveled to participate in the 43rd annaul All-Star Classic. Three placed in this tourny which is probably the toughest tourny til Nationals. The Buckeyes won't wrestle again until Dec. 5th @ the Cliff Keen Invitational.

I'll try to keep up with the wrestling news for the Bucks. There is alot to be excited about if you're a wrestling fan. This team will make a serious run for national championship.

I am a wrestling fan (pro and amateur) but I haven't seen much of the wrestling team for quite some time. Maybe they might cover some of OSU wrestling matches on the Big Ten Network, since it does cover lots of sports of the Big Ten.

I'm a wrestling fan.  I need to follow this team more.  They are really good.  Hopefully the BTN plays some of the matches or duals this year.
