Was that the second or third time now that Sanzenbacher has had to leave a game after a blow to the head?  Concussions, and I don't know if this week's injury at Wisconsin was a concussion, tend to accumulate.  Hopefully, he will back next week at full strength and not take another blow to the head like that anytime soon.

I don't know if he's had multiple concussions this year but he took a shot.

That was a hard hitting game on Saturday.

Injury update:  (From today's dispatch):
===============================
Receiver Dane Sanzebacher will miss the Purdue game because of a concussion he suffered in a sandwich hit by Wisconsin defenders. Tressel said the standard rule for dealing with concussions is to keep players out of action at least eight days.

Starting tight end Rory Nicol (ankle) will miss his second straight game, as will backup middle linebacker Austin Spitler (unspecified leg injury).
======================================

This is at least the 2nd and, possibly the 3rd, concussion that Sanzenbacher has had in the last two years ... not good.

Not mentioned here was the status of Boom Herron, but another article mentioned that he suffered a concussion and, because of the 8 day rule, he must be out against Purdue also.

We are definitely feeling the after effects of the Wisconsin game.  Man.

Yea, being the 3rd concussion Sanzenbacher has had in 2 years is bad news.
