can you hear the band quietly playing in the back of your head. These dog days of summer have given me alot of peace and thinking time. Its that time of year. we have 33 days until gameday. The season is back and i am pumped as all get out. Were headed in as the favorites to win the National Championship, we play that team up north in our house this season. Texas with no Vince, USC with no super heroes. Sure we lost Hawk and Carp and a great secondary, but Buckeye football always has those players ready to go and be the best. Who else is excited.

I'm ready. We're almost less than a month away now.
The expectations are high, as usual, but we seem to be the favorites this year by many to win it all. Our schedule is tough but not treacherous.
The early part of the season could be the toughest for us.
I'm very excited to see how Smith plays. He continually progressed as a QB last year. This summer he didn't have any off the field problems or distractions.
The countdown is in full effect.

Actually Aces, we had a heisman candidate in Teddy Ginn last season. They believed him being a pre season candidate was the reason his play wasnt so hot.
