Yes, he was aquitted.........but some other things turned Tressel and the boys off this kid. I guess he gave them flashbacks of Mo Clarret. :cool:

Chris Spielman
There are Buckeyes, and then there is Chris Spielman.  This is a man that needs no introduction; he embodies not only what it should mean to be a Buckeye, but what it should mean to be a football player and a man.  Simply put, there cannot possibly be anyone out there who does not respect Chris Spielman.  The man was born to play football as he rose from the storied Massillon Tigers to OSU to the NFL.

Yea well....knowing a little bit about this story but without know to much and not being able to divulge where I heard it, there is a lot to this story and it's good he's not coming to Columbus.

Yea well....knowing a little bit about this story but without know to much and not being able to divulge where I heard it, there is a lot to this story and it's good he's not coming to Columbus.

That is another sad situation Nate.  Its like another great opportunity thrown away because the kid chose to make some poor descisions, and sometimes your held accountable for those.  The talent definately didn't outway his issues, I mean if Tressel thought they could help this kid they would have still gave him an offer.

All in all, I am glad we took it away ( his official offer that is ). :cool:
