Ohio State at Tennessee

The Ohio State University will take on the University of Tennessee on Saturday. this sould prove to be a great game. Ohio State has played one of the toughest schedules in the entire nation including (#21 syracuse, #16 Butler, #15 Texas A & M, #1 North Carolina, and #11th ranked Michigan State.) 4 of these games were on a neutral floor or away, so Ohio State has a bit of experience at playing the big dogs at their place. This should prove to be very exciting.
P.S. watch out for Lofton and the Smiths.

The Bucks better bring their A game against Tenn. They are athletic and run the floor well.

I imagine T will be looking for a little revenge after "nearly" beating us twice last year.

Tennessee is a good team. If we could pull it off that would be a great quality win for the selection committee to swallow.

I actually live about 30 minutes away from Maysville, Kentucky (where Chris Lofton played in high school). He was in my high schools region. He has always been able to shoot, I can remember watching him beat one of the best teams my high school ever had just by shooting lights out. For one I can't believe Tubby and Kentucky didn't pick him, for two watch out for Saturday even though he isn't doing well he is still the nucleous of Tennessee.

I don't normally follow the hardwood game, but would be great if we pull it out

There are Buckeyes, and then there is Chris Spielman. This is a man that needs no introduction; he embodies not only what it should mean to be a Buckeye, but what it should mean to be a football player and a man. Simply put, there cannot possibly be anyone out there who does not respect Chris Spielman. The man was born to play football as he rose from the storied Massillon Tigers to OSU to the NFL.

18-14 T - hanging in so far.
Seem to be playing much better with Koufos n the bench.
Man I wish Diebler would get it together. Just missed a wide open 15 footer. Its got to be mental at this point.

OSU had a chance to tie it up with like 3 3 point attempts. Pretty intense ending.

My wife (who is a rabid UT fan) were at the game this past weekend. It was fun, except for the outcome...
A few things that I noticed. First the positive, the Buckeyes were great at the free throw line. Free throws are what kept them in the game. UT has a great full court press and we were able to break contain numerous times and burnt them to the point that they over used their press a little too much and created some great break away opportunities for us.
Now for the not so positive. We were terrible from behind the three point line. I know when you're down by three points w/ ten seconds to go you need to shoot a three, but I think they only made two three's all night long. When the three isn't going down, try something else!!! I noticed 5-6 times Koufos came off a high pick & roll and ran right down the middle of the paint wide open and we couldn't get the ball to him for an easy layup or dunk.
With 13 games left, the Buckeyes need to win 8 to get in the tourney and I think it will be tough, but totally possible...
