I just saw the Buckeyes unveiled new uniforms at the luncheon yesterday. I don't like them.  Why mess with perfection?

Front

Back

I don't know if this is going to go over well.  Why do we need to follow in the mold of Miami and Oregon?  I thought we at OSU cared about tradition?

Maybe they'll grow on me but right now I don't like the new home jersey.

Plus, what about the away jersey and the pants?Huh?

I don't see ANY grey on that jersey !!!!

BOOOOOO BOOOOOO BOOOOO !!!

NO GREY, NO WAY !!

NO GREY, NO WAY !!

Shame on you Coach Tressell  !!

Does this idea come from the folks at Nike or something ??

Honestly, I'm not sure if Tressel had anything to do with it or if he did I don't know if it was originated by him.  There's probably plenty of blame to go around for this but at the end of the day it's all about money.

I'll assume the pants are still grey???

I'll bet my last buck (pardon the pun) that you are right on that one !!

It is pretty obvious with that #$%&&*(@#$!! SWOOSH on there EXACTLY WHOM is responsible !!

I HATE NIKE !!

It was bad enough that they had to put their mark on just about all the high profile teams' jerseys, but when they put it on the VERY BALL THEY PLAY WITH, THAT was the LAST STRAW for me !!

I HATE NIKE !!

I think they look ok

At least they aren't going all gaudy with them

Keepin it simple, how I like it

The pants better be grey though

I do like the tight fit style, I just wish they would have kept the same strips on the sleeves.  I mean we are still scarlet and grey right?  Have they changed the Pants?  I hope those stayed the same.  We switched from the loose jerseys to the tight fitting a couple years ago, it does make a difference.  It makes it harder to grab on to, especially after it is soaked in sweet.

I can understand Dave5's point about the tighter jersey.  I still don't like the fact that they changed the design.

We'll see what it looks like when they're on the field.
