We are adding a new award feature to the forum. This feature will allow us to award special images to members for a variety of situations. Our intent is to provide each member with the opportunity to increase their online "prestige" with something besides post count. Below is outline of the awards and their expected images. These may change/update as time goes by. As of this week, any member is eligible with the exception of Admin's. In an effort to control bias, we will give all admin's the awards automatically. 

Below is the table and the selection process in italics. Merit awards do not require any specific action and are given out for excellent participation or posting. Some that require voting may change to general popular vote in the future.

Poster of the Month = Poster of the Month (Top poster as selected by admin/mod voting.)
Poster of the Year = Poster of the Year (All posters of the month qualify. Winner selected by admin/mod voting.)
  = Outstanding Off Topic Post (Merit Award)
Great Post = Great Post (Merit Award)
Pick'em Winner = Pick'em Winner (Weekly Winner of Pick'em)
 = Outstanding Participation during Michigan Week (Basketball or Football) (Merit Award)

We hope this feature will add some additional character to our site and provide our membership with some fun "goals" with a little Buckeye "charm" for their effort. We hope to possibly expand this feature and value your input. If you have any suggestions or opinions, please pm me or Nate.

.....well in our case increases traffic and interest on the board!
