GO BROWNS, TRIBE, BUCKEYES, CAVS, YSU, and yes I like ND plus GO NAVY, beat Army!!

It's so hard to go undefeated, only one major D-1A team has ever gone 14-0 in the history of the college football and win the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.

Those were some gift wrapped points.  Good thing we had the game in hand.

Can't make those kinds of contributions next week in Happy Valley. I'm not sure how to take their D yesterday. Was it that Dantonio(sp) knows us that well or that their D is that good or that our O hasn't been pressured or tested.

14 points in 00:56, whew!

One TD was a just plain bad pass, one a good hit and nice bounce.
Ruining the BUCKEYE point dominance.

They better play real clean in Happy Valley.....if they do they can win.

....    I'm not sure how to take their D yesterday. Was it that Dantonio(sp) knows us that well or that their D is that good or that our O hasn't been pressured or tested.

It looked to me that our offensive line lost interest in the second half and shut it down.  It was good to see that we could run the ball when we really had to to seal the win.

I am very happy with our defensive performance.  MSU had no hope of scoring an offensive TD.  We have shutdown everyone we have played this year.  I suppose folks will be saying that we have not played anyone yet, but we are making good passing and good running offenses look bad.

Defense win championships because it wins games like this one.  The offense gives up 2 TDs and that still isn't enough to change the momentum of the game.

The true tests come in the next 4 weeks where stronger competition will be more likely to take better advantage of the OSU offense's mistakes. MSU did a good job of capitalizing on the mistakes, but they did not have enough all-around talent to beat the Buckeyes. The next four opponents do, but only if they play their A-games.

Agreed. You can't look at these 4 games as anything but individual battles. Survive each with a W and you're golden.

I can't believe everyone is scared of a team that got 31 points at home put on them by an Indiana team..... and jusy barely won, by 5 points.... our defense averages just 7.9 points allowed per game. and a few of those touchdowns scored against us this year were junk td's scored at the end of the game with our 2nd and 3rd stringers in. plus our offense gave up 2 td's to mich st. defense, which counts as how many points we allow per game, i think any way. osu is 4th in rushing and receiving. penn state allows 15 points per game.
