Other than watching the game at a Columbus bar or Restaurant on Campus, are there any events (pep rallies, tailgating, get-togethers on campus) for this weekend's game?

I'm in town for this weekend and next weekend's game (I'm going next week to the game), but my boyfriend could only come into town Friday through Monday night of this weekend. I want to show him how crazy it gets around here and how OSU fans are like no other college football fans, even when our team is away.

But, since I don't live here either (my parents do), I don't really know what to plan. He gets into town tonight, so we could do anything tonight, all day tomorrow.

Or, is there even some kind of homecoming for when they come back on Sunday?

We're coming back for the Wisconsin game, but I'd like to show him SOMETHING other than watching the game in a bar this weekend. If it comes to that, what's the best bar/venue to watch the game?

I'm not sure of what all is going on this weekend.  Maybe somebody else knows of some stuff.

As for a good place to watch the game, you could go to Eddie George's 27 Grill.

Thanks.

It just seems like there must be SOMETHING.

Do people still go on campus and tailgate and hang out? I was thinking of taking him down there around 11-12 for lunch and the noon games and then watching the game either someplace really cool with a bunch of Buckeyes or my parents.

PLEASE if anyone knows anything lemme know.
You can also e-mail me at suza271@yahoo.com if you have any suggestions.

I haven't been on campus FOREVER, but they used to have Heinygate at the Hotel parking lot next to the varsity club.  Think it used to be a Holiday Inn.
